Propeller turbine has fixed blade and Kaplan two types. The first one has simple structure that applied in small-sized plant with fixed head (3-40m) and flow rate, and limit change of charge. In addition, due to the Kaplan turbine has moveable blade which keeps linkage with the guide vane, its suit for various conditions (head from 3-70m), and leads the generator working in higher efficiency in big and medium-sized plant.
